1400 Washington Ave., Albany, NY

The 2023 RNA Institute Annual Symposium is hosted by the RNA Institute at the University at Albany in collaboration with the Center for RNA Biology at the University of Rochester. The 2-day event will provide a forum for faculty and students to present their research and network with colleagues and will feature speakers from companies with origins in UAlbany and UR research programs, including Codomax, SupreMEtric, Scriptr and sxRNA.

Registration is open until March 12th for both in-person attendees and virtual participants.

“Rochester and Albany comprise the two strongholds of RNA-centric research in upstate New York and have a long history of working together,” said Lynne Maquat, founding director of the Center for RNA Biology. “The growth in RNA research and human health applications means that the next generation of RNA researchers are in high demand and the upcoming symposium is a perfect opportunity for the New York industry to recruit these talented trainees.”
