The focus of Warner’s Equity Forum 2025 is to highlight proven practices and successful models that access the strengths and assets of our families and community partners to improve the learning environment for students at the classroom level. We seek to enhance communication, collaboration, and coordination among all stakeholders that can and do effectively impact learning and the mental and emotional health of students and ensure their success in school.

The Equity Forum 2025 will address related issues, questions and concerns and topics such as:

  • How to identify successful partnership models that effectively engage families and community partners
  • How can school districts ensure culturally responsive practices in their schools and classrooms?
  • How can schools better leverage the many strengths, wealth of knowledge and contributions of parents, families and community to enhance academic success?

Crystal Clark, Executive Director of Student Support Services, Rochester City School District

Elizabeth Devaney, Director of Whole Child Connection, The Children’s Institute

Joseph Jackson, Director of Wellness and Equity, Rush-Henrietta Central School District
