To celebrate the University of Rochester Medicine's Centennial, the Edward G. Miner Library is displaying items from our collection that showcase the growth and innovations of Strong Memorial Hospital. Opened as a teaching hospital with 250 beds on January 4th, 1926, the Strong of today continues to make advancements in technology, community, and patient care.

This exhibit will be on display through the end of April 2026. The History of Medicine Section is open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm.
