Sign up to attend a live 90-min hands-on session of the UR Student system. Topics include viewing the advisee worklet/dashboard; exploring cohorts and advising; viewing the support network, the student summary screen, the student, and viewing student academics; and examining advisee notes.
Change management is about helping ease the transition to a new system and its processes (this is not "training"). We have designed these sessions to offer specific end-users valuable exposure to UR Student in advance of formalized training. Space is limited, so please determine the timeframe that best suits your needs, and register for your hands-on session soon.
Choose a session based on your current role (e.g. registrar, advisor); UR Student's role-based security limits some functionality. Note: Separate hands-on opportunities will be held for Faculty members in October 2019 and for Student Finance staff in April 2020.
*Pre-requisite; prior to attending any hands-on session, participants must log in and view our Navigating in UR Student tutorial video (link coming soon).
If you have questions for the team, please contact us from our UR Student site.
