Yoga is a physical and mental exercise illustrating the power of the mind-body connection. A variety of techniques will be introduced including physical postures for strength and flexibility, relaxation techniques, and breathing techniques. Each instructor teaches differently based on their training, experience, and personality. Sharing your health conditions before class is an essential if you need any variations on poses. Please be prepared to participate at the start and the end by turning on the camera, audio or using the chat feature to share observations with your instructor. No experience necessary. A yoga mat and a space 6 feet long by 4 feet across to practice is highly recommended but not necessary.
