Alexander Technique: Q and A

We are all spending more time than usual at a computer setup that may not be ideal for long working hours. Some of us had good ergonomic setups in our office, some of us are working from a coffee table now. No matter what, there is a way to adjust your setup to suit YOUR body, not the other way around!

Eastman School of Music's Alexander Technique (AT) professor Katie Fittipaldi will work with us to answer questions about the set up you currently have, give ideas for thinking about what you might adjust, and how to think about the way you currently use your body while working. No prior AT experience necessary!
