You are invited to participate in the Annual Provider & Partnership Training Webinar presented by staff of the Cancer Services Program of the Finger Lakes Region (CSP-FLR).

CSP-FLR is a New York State Department of Health funded program that pays for breast, colorectal and cervical cancer screenings at more than 200 healthcare offices throughout the Upstate New York area for individuals without health insurance.  

This 60-minute training will include:

• Medical and case management services covered by CSP-FLR
• Eligibility guidelines for uninsured and underinsured individuals
• Enrollment process for uninsured and underinsured individuals
• Screening/diagnostic data collected in 2024
• Spotlight on participating providers and partners
• Upcoming events and opportunities for collaboration
• Time for questions
