Barbara J. Burger iZone is cosponsoring an event with Paul Tremblay, a pediatric nurse at UR Medicine Golisano Children’s Hospital. The event is about ALICE (Asset Limited, Income Constrained, Employed) in the city of Rochester.

Students are invited to this two-part workshop to learn about ALICE and pitch a solution that they think is best to solve the problem. The best solution will have a winning prize of $350, which will be shared at the second workshop on December 2.

The first workshop will be November 17th from 7-8:30pm at the Kessler Forum in iZone. The second workshop (competition) will take place on December 2nd from 6:00-8:30 PM at the Gamble Room in Rush Rhees Library.

Students will be able to register through CCC or at the door the day of the event!
