Open Up: Assessment Strategies with OER and Open Pedagogy

As part of the author series from Open Pedagogy Approaches: Faculty, Library, and Student Collaborations, you are invited to discover different ways in which faculty, library staff, and students work together to engage and enrich the learning process.

In this workshop, authors Dennis Schell, Dorinne Banks, and Neringa Liutkaite (The George Washington University) will share their work from the chapter, Adapting Open Educational Course Materials in Undergraduate General Psychology: A Faculty-Librarian-Student Partnership.

Following, Sarah Hutton and Lisa DiValentino from the University of Massachusetts Amherst will discuss the ideas in their chapter, Sharing the End of the World: Students' Perceptions of their Self-Efficacy in the Creation of Open Access Digital Learning Objects.

Participants will receive a zoom link to the event once they have registered.
