The violin studio of Prof YooJin Jang at the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester is performing all 6 of the solo partitas and sonatas. The performances at the School of Medicine and Dentistry will be a gift to our medical students, faculty, staff, and patients. The performance will take place over two programs - Tuesday March 26 and Thursday March 28 - in Sarah Flaum Atrium. While chairs will be set up too allow listeners to sit and enjoy the program, you are welcome to come and go throughout the event.

Bach in the Subways is an international movement to bring live Bach to as many people around the world as possible – especially to those who would not normally hear it. 

Eastman Performing Arts Medicine is an interdisciplinary program that seeks to deliver the collaborative potention of performing arts and medicine to the healthcare environment. We offer live music in hospital public spaces every weekday, and are proud to partner with Prof Jang to bring this exceptional event to the School of Medicine and Dentistry during the Bach in the Subways celebration.
