In this class we focus on mobilizing the fascia, a form of connective tissue that surrounds all the muscles and joints. This class is an excellent complement to someone who has an established workout routine and wants to improve range of motion, or someone who suffers from muscle and joint discomfort. We identify key muscles in the body and practice rolling and stretching techniques to free the fascia and decrease pain. Tennis balls are required to participate. After class you will feel confident doing some self massage on your own. Please have wall space and floor space available to practice.
