In collaboration with the University of Rochester's BME GSC, get ready for the Battle of the Bands fundraiser, where bands, such as Vocal Point, No Jackets Required, and RIT's Encore, will compete for the audience's vote to win a grand prize. All proceeds benefit Humans for Education (H4E), a nonprofit based in Rochester run by University of Rochester students, that helps schools become financially independent. H4E's programs empower local school leaders to create self-sustainable programs that generate annual income for their schools in Kenya. The money will go directly to helping H4E give more children sustainable, quality education.
