Boot Camp

This class incorporates cardio HIIT training, strength & resistance exercises, and flexibility & stability work to give you a fully well-rounded workout to help you improve range of motion, coordination, bone density, and heart & lung health. Each day is a different protocol with different movements to challenge the mind and body in order to break past plateaus and comfort zones. It’s a must for anyone wanting to go to the next level in their health and fitness.
