Please join us for a panel discussion about the process of building a mentorship committee. Our panel is comprised of junior and senior faculty with a variety of experiences as both mentees and mentors. Come and learn about the importance of a mentorship committee and the who, what, when, and how of building a team.

At the conclusion of the seminar, the participant will be able to:

1.  Identify different types of mentors

2.  Discuss steps needed to build a mentorship committee

3.  Describe mentoring resources available at the University of Rochester
