Developing a mentoring team and using your mentors effectively underlies success for junior faculty. In this session, Drs. Vivian Lewis and Jennifer Gewandter, experts in mentorship development, will join us to share their insights into finding mentors, creating a mentoring team, and developing peer mentors.

After the session, we will hold a workshop for interested individuals to help troubleshoot your specific mentoring challenges.
