About this Event
This virtual event is in partnership with the Office of Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement, the Women’s Network, Eastman School of Music’s Institute for Music Leadership, and the Susan B. Anthony Center.
Whether you're negotiating for a new job, or an earned raise or promotion, gain confidence in your negotiation style and learn how to: 1) identify and articulate your personal value, 2) develop an arsenal of persuasive responses and other negotiation strategies, and 3) conduct objective market research to benchmark a target salary and benefits.
Join fellow University of Rochester alumni and parents for this interactive, two-hour workshop, led by Rachel Roberts ’03E, Director of the Institute for Music Leadership and Associate Professor of Music Leadership.
Following the presentation, there will be breakout discussions by stage of career, identity and for specific work situations to allow for more in-depth conversation, information, and support from career coaches and fellow alumni.
Advance registration is required.
