This desk based yoga stretching & strengthening class has focuses on the muscles that are out of balance from a lifestyle dominanted by sitting at a computer. We will strengthen the core, and back muscles, stretch the neck, shoulders and fingers, and teach breathing & relaxation techniques to refocus during the day. Return to work with better focus and posture after this class!
