The Department of Chemistry “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion” committee would like to invite UR Chemistry students, faculty and staff to participate in the “DEI Days of Action” on January 26th and 27th, from 12:30-3:30pm each day. 

This online event will be held via Zoom.  It will be used to focus on places that we can grow in 2021 and to implement strategies for the betterment of our department environment - to assess progress moving forward. The two-day long event will include “What is DEI?”, “Communication”, and “Mentorship” forum discussions. The first day will consist of outlining the goals for each group. The following day will be used to continue working in small groups and to report out the finalized tasks.
