Lessons learned through the Culture and Language Coaching program that have shown positive impact in bilinguals providing care and patients and clients in health and behavioral care visits. A brief history of the program, a description of the curricula and our leading outcomes, and the cultural and linguistic strategies that can be used to assure total and safe communication in order to achieve better outcomes in all care interactions, including care in the same language.
