Fear of conflict often leads to avoidance, especially where power dynamics exist. This workshop will introduce ways to engage in open, respectful conversations that foster transparency and authentic relationships. This workshop is a preview of an upcoming three-month "Conflict Transformation" series starting in March 2025. Registration is required.
