https://ccc.rochester.edu/event/2671365During this workshop you will: (1) Explore how trust and creativity relate to conflict, (2) Explore framework for analyzing and working with conflict, and (3) Learn and practice techniques for managing conflict with self and others.
Learning Outcomes:
1) Students will see conflict as normal and as an opportunity
2) Students will learn a few frameworks for understanding and analyzing conflicts
3) Students will learn and practice techniques for mediating conflict in their personal lives as well as their roles as student leaders.
This workshop fulfills the Medallion Program Level 2 requirement for Interpersonal Competence. The workshop is hosted by Mary Beth Spinelli.
