Join Students for Chronic Illness Visibility (SCIV) in the first of our "Cooking Without ___" workshops, where we will be exploring the process of adapting recipes for dietary restrictions. Our first topic is...EGGS!
We will also be working with the campus nutritionist to create a flexible, egg-free nutritionally sound dish made only from ingredients found on campus.
Whether or not eggs specifically pose a problem for you, learning to adapt recipes is always a good skill to have.
