Being a manager can be challenging, and recent changes in the political environment may be adding to your strain and contributing to feelings of uncertainty for both you and your team. To provide guidance during this time, we would like to invite Supervisors and Managers to join one of our 30-minute “Connect for Support” sessions.  This EAP counselor-led session provide a safe space to share your experiences and gain resources for you and your team. This Connect for Support session is provided by UR Medicine EAP.
