Eastman Performing Arts Medicine Center (EPAM) has offered live music in lobby spaces at URMC since 2019. During the week, visitors, staff, and patients can find artists playing in the main lobby and in the coffee shop location between the green and red elevators on the first floor. All artists are trained by the EPAM program to choose music that is appropriate to the environment, and all are professional artists.

February 2026 artists will include  Ali Al Qazzaz, piano; Katrya Cichanowicz, cello; Arielle Zakim, double bass; Sean Mulligan, viola; Katherine Marx, flute; and Bob Pizzutiello, Chapman stick.

March 2026 artists will include Katrya Cichanowicz, cello; Kenneth Kam, guitar; Arielle Zakim, double bass; Sean Mulligan, viola; Bob Pizzutiello, Chapman stick; and Katherine Marx, flute.
