Join us for a training session on creating accessible digital documents. This session will teach core digital accessibility concepts and concrete steps to create accessible documents in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. It also introduces how to convert documents into accessible PDFs properly. Learn simple techniques to make digital documents accessible to everyone, evaluate accessibility, and follow accessibility standards.

This training is for anyone at the University of Rochester involved in authoring and publishing digital documents, regardless of their role.
