The Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning and River Campus Libraries are excited to present this one-and-a-half-day Zoom workshop that will help guide instructors--including graduate students--turn a typical term paper assignment into a digital project (or creating a digital assignment from scratch).

Workshop leaders will walk you through your ideas and learning objectives for a digital assignment and how it can be supported by the library and IT. Then you’ll have an opportunity to think about which tools will work best for your assignment. In the past, instructors have used mind maps, infographics, digital storytelling tools (e.g., Comic Life, Adobe Spark), and light video editing.

This workshop is being offered at two different times:

  • August 10 – 11
  • August 13 – 14

Please specify your preferred dates on the application form. Zoom links will be provided upon registration.

Applications are due by Friday, July 17.
