Mid-day Meditation Break
Take a mid-day meditation break this March. Sessions will be offered every Wednesday from 12:30 – 1:00 on the River Campus in the Douglass Community Room (room 407). No experience is necessary – just stop by! Brought to you by the Mindful University Project. No experience neccessary.
