You’re a leader in your school or community music program. Perhaps you have a leadership role in your band, orchestra, or choir. Maybe you’re a member of a music honor society, or active in a community program. Music is a part of your life, and you’re ready to use your medium to make an impact. Being an artist-citizen is your opportunity to have a positive influence on your classmates, neighbors, and community. The Eastman Leadership Development workshop is for students in high school or community music programs who want to develop their leadership skills. Participants will gain the tools, resources, and perspective to create and hold engaging public performances in their community.
