Eastman Performing Arts Medicine: Live at the Cafe! with Meraki Winds

Eastman Performing Arts Medicine is a collabortation between the Eastman School of Music and the URMC. This Arts Integration aspect of the program seeks to explore the effect of live music on the listener in the hospital public spaces.

Meraki Winds brings classical and contemporary music for woodwind quintet to our stage. Members are Michael Huerta, flute | Alex Lynch, oboe | Phoebe Kuan, clarinet | Jonathan Churchett, bassoon | Elena Varon, horn

Live at the Cafe! is a new concert series that takes place in Cafe 601 (cafeteria) offering small groups from the Eastman School performing for staff and families. This will be a regular concert format (approximately one hour of music) where the audience is welcome to come and go, or sit and listen for a while.
