Meredith Zauflik, MPA, and Kitt Swartz, MPH, from Oregon Clinical & Translational Research Institute (OCTRI) will discuss how OCTRI's recruitment program focused its programmatic development in response to the researcher’s voice. They engaged the research community through surveys, interviews, and ongoing interaction with the research team community to identify the experiences, challenges, needs, and culture of recruitment at the institution. The services that were developed and offered, based on results and findings, included consultations, guidance materials, and educational seminars. Additionally, OCTRI Recruitment will discuss the outcomes of these initiatives, along with the lessons learned in trying to measure the impact a program can have on recruitment.
