 ng Learning and Career Programs team for an engaging workshop designed spe
 cifically for international students interested in building professional c
 onnections and career skills. This session will provide an overview of the
  University-wide online platform\, The Meliora Collective\, introduce the 
 Mentorship Program\, and share important spring program dates.\n\nThis ses
 sion will equip students with the insights and tools needed to make the mo
 st of mentorship opportunities and strengthen their career development jou
 rney. Students will learn what to expect from the mentorship experience—
 including the commitment\, practices for engaging with alumni mentors in i
 mpactful and respectful ways\, and how the matching process works to meet 
 the students’ needs. There will be discussion on how to approach mentors
 hip with an open and flexible mindset and how to explore diverse perspecti
 ves rather than focusing too narrowly on one path to help set clear and re
 alistic expectations.
