What better way to spend a beautiful Friday than exploring campus through the lens of mindfulness and well-being on our guided Wellness Tour, which was specifically designed to highlight spaces dedicated to relaxation, movement, spiritual reflection, and holistic wellness. Together we will all journey through key locations, including the glass bridge (connection to mindfulness at Douglass Commons), the Interfaith Chapel for spiritual renewal, the GAC for physical wellness, and the library’s quiet spaces for reflection and rest along with many more. Along the way, we’ll discuss how these spaces support mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Join us during Flourish Fest for a walk that nurtures both body and mind.
