In celebration of Black History Month and Frederick Douglass' 206th birthday, please join the David T. Kearns Center for a continuous, out-loud reading by students, faculty and staff of Frederick Douglass' book Narrative of the Life of Frederick Douglass, from beginning to end.
The event will take place in person, from 9am to 2pm at the David T. Kearns Center on the fourth floor of Dewey Hall. Contact George McCormick at gmccorm4@ur.rochester.edu to sign up for 15 minute reading slots.
Copies of the text, drinks and snacks will be provided.
