This class is open to all Wilmot Cancer Institute patients and their caregivers. Our Gentle Yoga program is available to anyone regardless of their previous yoga experience. Our yoga instructor is able to modify postures and positions to assist anyone’s special limitations and needs. Please wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats and other equipment are provided.
