Glucagon Training

Start off this November - which is also Diabetes Awareness Month - by learning how to administer life-saving glucagon at this training event!

The College Diabetes Network encourages anyone who knows someone with type 1 diabetes (especially if they live with them) to learn how to administer life-saving glucagon. In the event of a seizure or unconscious episode due to low blood sugar, glucagon is the only solution to save the lives of people who have type 1 diabetes. Join us to educate yourselves on how to use glucagon properly and when to use it.

Free Halloween candy (something people with diabetes can eat and also use to treat low blood sugars if they are conscious) to be given at the event!
