Dr. Kermin Martínez-Hernández, Principal Facilitator, Center for the Improvement of Mentored Experiences in Research (CIMER); Associate Professor, Department of Chemistry at St. John Fisher University in Rochester, NY, will be the GWIS speaker for the November meeting.

His talk title is “Building mentee self-efficacy: a toolbox for wellness and resilience”.

His hosts are Dr. Lynne Maquat, Dr. Jeff Hayes, and Dr. Paul Boutz; co-sponsored by a supplement to the NIH T32 Training Grant in Cellular, Biochemical and Molecular Sciences.
