Join Well-U and Max Effort Training for a NEW group hiking class this spring! You have the opportunity to join a weekly group hike led by a certified personal trainer from Max Effort Training. Each week will be a different location in the Rochester area and you can sign up for the weeks that work for you! 

May 25: Mendon Ponds (Level of difficulty: Intermediate)

*You will recieve an email from the group instructor the week before with exact location for meeting and any other important details. 

**Please note that this is for University of Rochester employees only. No family members or non-employees are eligible to sign up or attend. 

Please email Well-U  if you can no longer make the hike after you have signed up and with any other questions.
