Join Well-U and Roc Personal Training (formerly Max Effort Training) for a group hiking class this spring! You have the opportunity to join a weekly group hike led by a certified personal trainer from Roc Personal Training. Each week will be a different location in the Rochester area and you can sign up for the weeks that work for you! 

May 3: Gosnell Big Woods and Big Field Trail  

  • Level of difficulty: Moderate
  • The registration period for this hike will be open from April 14 - April 29 only.
  • You will recieve an email from the hike leader by the Wednesday before with exact location for meeting and any other important details. 
  • To review the trail ahead of time, you can do so here
