Habitat for Humanity's Shack-a-thon

Shack-a-thon is Habitat for Humanity's annual event where students team up and build "shacks" out of cardboard and ductape to both simulate homelessness and raise awareness about impoverished housing in the Greater Rochester community. All of our proceeds go to our goal of $10,000 to sponsor a Habitat Restore Build site and to Flower City Habitat for Humanity. Throughout the night there will be student group performances, award ceremony (for best shack, most creative, etc), informational videos, food for participants, and a guest speaker. Teams are comprised of up to 6 people, $5 per person.
