Mindfulness is the quality of bringing our attention to the present moment. When we are busy, sometimes we forget to appreciate the here & now. Our minds may be stuck in planning or thinking ahead. Join Marla Pelletier for exercises in Mindful Eating and Mindful Stress Relief that can help you get more enjoyment out of your holidays this year. If you are joining us remotely bring a few raisins, or other bite sized snack food, to the class.
