About this Event
Writing offers an intimate opportunity to express various parts of the self. Using different techniques such as mindful writing, letter writing from different points of view, and the creative production of a full project using prompts, writing for wellness creates space to access emotions more deeply. In this workshop, time is spent on several writing prompts as well as reflecting on the use of writing practices to enhance overall wellness.
