Holiday Stress: Too Tangled Up in Preparations to Enjoy the Season?

Michael Krasner, MD, FACP, Professor of Clinical Medicine, School of Medicine and Dentistry, will present "Holiday Stress: Too Tangled Up in Preparations to Enjoy the Season?" The practice of mindfulness can contribute to your enjoyment of the holiday season. Dr. Krasner will help you learn more about Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction—what it is, how it works on the body and what effects it can have on your sense of well-being.

Parking is available in the Court Street garage, which is connected to the library. There will be healthy snacks and a free raffle.
