Please join us for a timely presentation and discussion of the many issues in the case of ReDonda Vaught, a nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center who was involved in a fatal medical error. Our panel will discuss the issues from multiple perspectives and talk about how differently such an event would have been managed in Rochester and New York State, and how contributing systems issues compare at UR Medicine versus at Vanderbilt.
