The Genomics Research Center recently launched a new data analysis platform designed to reduce some barriers and enable genomic analyses to the wider community called "HyperGEN". This effort is an ongoing partnership between the Genomics Research Center and Wilmot Research Informatics. We plan to expand the utility of this platform over the course of the next year but have recently launched the tool for bulk RNA-Seq analysis through pathway enrichment.
