Impostor Syndrome is a condition where people have trouble internalizing their own success. They feel that they have succeeded due to luck or timing, and that everyone around them is smarter than they are.
Josh Drew, PhD is an Assistant Professor at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF). Josh will be discussing the prevalence of Impostor Syndrome in academia, in addition to exploring interactions of race and gender with this condition.
