Vishnu Elangovan '22 MS (AWS)

Vishnu is a Worldwide Lead Applied AI Architect at Amazon Web Services (AWS), leading the customer engineering Org for Agentic AI offerings like Amazon Quick, Amazon Bedrock Agentcore and Kiro. He has decade of experience in Applied machine learning and he's a life long learner and tinkerer. In his free time, Vishnu likes to be part of developer communities, travel, play sports and explore quaint cafes and restaurants. 

Gabrielle Kosoy '23 PhD, Adv Cert (Booz Allen Hamilton)

Gabrielle is a data scientist working at the intersection of healthcare and artificial intelligence, building machine learning models on clinical and genomic data. She is active in the generative AI developer community and is passionate about AI literacy. She holds a PhD in Biophysics from the University of Rochester and a Data Science Certificate from the Goergen Institute for Data Science.

Li Sun '21 (JPMorganChase)

Li is University of Rochester alum from the Class of 2021, where she double-majored in Data Science and Financial Economics. She then earned a Master's in Data Science from Harvard. For the past four years, Li has been at JPMorgan Chase building fraud risk detection models to help protect customers and their credit and debit card transactions. Li is excited to be back on campus and is looking forward to reconnecting with the community.

Ulrik Soderstrom '16, '17 MS (Benchmark Labs)

Ulrik Soderstrom is a Co-founder and Chief Strategy & Operations Officer at Benchmark Labs, a climate company delivering point-specific weather and wave forecasts for agriculture, energy, and controlled-burn users, backed by Google for Startups, Techstars, NASA, and the National Science Foundation. He holds degrees (MS, BA) in data science and earth & environmental science from U of R, built hurricane-detection algorithms at NOAA, and helped start several early-stage startups before Benchmark. He spent his McKinsey & Company years in operations advanced analytics. He is also a Venture Partner and co-founder of Marvin Ventures, leading and investing in a community of 400+ McKinsey alumni founders.
