Have you been looking for a running group to join? Well-U and Max Effort Training will be offering a Junior (intermediate) running program this spring. If you don't consider yourself a beginner runner but would still like some guidance, this is the group for you. Join us for an overview on this 8 week program and get all of your questions answered.
