The Janet Heidinger Kafka Prize Committee is hosting an evening reading group for this year's winning book, Poor Deer by Claire Oshetsky. Oshetksy will be visiting the University of Rochester on September 20th at 3 PM for a reading and reception. 

The reading group will be casual and is open to students, staff, faculty, and community members. The first 25 participants will receive a free copy of the book, and snacks will be provided. You’re welcome to come and go as you like—no need to attend both meetings!
