Join the Speaking Fellows on Wednesday, October 11 at 7 pm in iZone for our first Kohn Lecture of the year!  We are starting this year's series with the alumni for whom the series is named, Miriam Kohn, class of 2017!  Miriam graduated from the University of Chicago Law School in 2023 and is currently a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Douglas R. Cole, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.  Her talk is titled "Hedging Your Bets: Hedging as Effective Communication."  Joining Miriam will be Ha Nguyen, class of 2024, the current speaking fellow president.  Ha will be presenting "We Need to Talk: On Navigating Difficult Emotional Conversations."  The Kohn Lectures are open to everyone and will include time for questions and discussion following both talks.
