About this Event
This course uses the Koru Mindfulness curriculum in an environment that promotes sisterhood and community. Koru Mindfulness is a 4 session course that will teach you the skill of mindfulness. It will also help you build the habit of using mindfulness skills in your life on a regular basis.
You will get a lot more out of Koru if you stick with it from beginning to end, so double check your calendar before signing up. Participants who complete all 4 classes will receive a self-care kit and be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a travel yoga mat.
